I want a refund! If we have to pay, then Minnesota needs to pay extra for Tornadoes, Florida needs to pay extra for Hurricanes, and what about Loisiana? This could go on and on. As I understand it, this would not even go to the Firefighters or their equipment! HUH? This is rediculous! nj
